CONGS FOR BRUMS my solo percussion pieces.
On my forthcoming release, I wrote all of the vibraphone pieces on piano and gave them to myself as etudes to learn. I then attempted to write drumset and junk percussion pieces which borrow ideas from the vibes pieces. I have more recently
been writing at the vibraphone in order to take advantage of the timbral characteristics of the instrument.

MARC RIBOT'S CERAMIC DOG NYC-based improvising post-rock band. Marc Ribot plays guitar, Shahzad Ismaily plays bass and moog, I play drums.
All of us employ tons of electronics that announce themselves as electronics.
